Context:
The transformation of working methods has led to skyrocketing expectations regarding the work environment. Hospitality management, care, shared spaces, concierge services, flexible catering... Companies have multiplied their offerings to restore the appeal of the office, which has been undermined by the rise of remote working.
But with this service-oriented approach gaining momentum, one question stands out: where should the line be drawn? And how can we assess the relevance, consistency, and sustainability of these offerings in a context of growing economic constraints?

Key questions:
•    How can we avoid overdoing it or creating a “catalog” effect?
•    Which services really create value for employees and organizations?
•    How can services be coordinated to ensure a smooth and consistent experience?
•    Can a service offering be managed as a performance lever, rather than simply as a cost?
•    How can the need for adaptability be reconciled with economic and asset management imperatives?
